What is the Goose bumps Run?
A fun, fundraising endurance event by the River City Running Club in Stoddard, WI. Participants choose either a 6‑hour or 24‑hour continuous loop run/walk. Goals are self‑determined—anything from a single lap to 100+ miles.
When and where is it held?
September 19–20, 2025, at W6488 County Road GI, Stoddard, WI. The 24‑hour event starts Friday at 2 PM; the 6‑hour begins Saturday at 9 AM.
Registration & Capacity
When does registration open?
January 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM.
Is there a cap on participants?
Yes—200 spots for the 24‑hour and 100 for the 6‑hour. Registration closes when full or by midnight on September 1, whichever comes first. No same‑day sign‑up.
Can I change events after registering?
Yes—switching between the 6‑hour and 24‑hour is allowed up to three weeks before the event, provided your desired event still has available spots.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds for cancellations. If you can’t attend, please cancel in UltraSignup to free your spot.

Do I need to check in if I leave the course?
Yes—inform lap counters before any breaks and when you resume. This is required for safety and accurate lap tracking.

What does the aid station offer?
It’s well-stocked—expect pizza, subs, grilled cheese, soup, mashed potatoes, snacks, fruit, cookies, bars, M&Ms, electrolytes, and a chef-prepared breakfast.
Is post-race food available?
Yes—there’s a communal post-race meal for participants and supporters. Donations are welcome since food can’t be sold directly.
